VICKI LOVELEE (禕祺愛李) is a Chinese Canadian alt-pop sensation based in Toronto. With a foundation in classical piano and a degree in jazz vocals, she masterfully blends her deep musical knowledge with a passion for pop — to create a unique genre she calls “dark pop ballerina music at the opera.” Her sound is a dramatic fusion of dark pop and orchestral instrumentations, offering a cinematic experience to listeners.
Lovelee embodies an eccentric yet vulnerable persona, drawing inspiration from icons like Lady Gaga, Halsey, Melanie Martinez, Mitski and Freddie Mercury. A graduate of York University’s Music Program, Lovelee holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, underscoring her dedication to her craft. She further honed her skills through Canada’s Music Incubator’s Artist Entrepreneur Program, where she learned how to transform her passion into a thriving music career. As an independent artist, she has achieved over 100K streams on music platforms and performed at prominent events around Canada such as Breaking Sound Canada (Toronto), Jade Music Festival (Vancouver), Taste of Asia (Markham) and York Pride (Newmarket).
