This multifaceted artist, equally adept as a singer-songwriter, music producer, and actor, carries with him a rich tapestry of experiences gleaned from across the globe.
Born in Macau and educated in the artistic heart of Florence, Italy, Dino Acconci’s early life laid the foundation for a truly international career. His fluency in multiple languages, including Cantonese and Italian, reflects his deep appreciation for diverse cultures, a trait that shines through in his music.
Before making his mark on the Vancouver music scene, Dino, along with his twin brother, forged a formidable presence across East Asia as one half of the award-winning duo, Soler. As guitarist and singer, Dino and his brother captivated audiences with their dynamic harmonic performances, earning accolades and building a strong following. Their music resonated far and wide, taking them to stages throughout China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan. The years spent touring and performing honed his skills, forging him into the seasoned performer he is today.
Beyond his captivating vocals and stage presence, Dino is a gifted instrumentalist, proficient on both the guitar and drums. This multi-instrumental talent allows him to craft intricate and compelling soundscapes in his own productions, further showcasing his diverse artistic capabilities.
