HoNi
HoNi means “Good Days” in Hakka. Whether it’s sunny or rainy, every experience is a good day. We carefully record our lives; Hakka is our memory, and music is a journey , taking us back to the good times .
HoNi is a Hakka folk band composed of vocalist Yizy guitarist Mei Hsiao, and cellist Sheng Zhi. Yizy sees life as a journey and deeply believes that by mindfully recording feelings, every day will be a unique and good day. Her unique voice and lyrics close to life always leading listeners to feel her passion and sincerity. Guitarist Mei Hsiao skillfully blends traditional and modern instruments, while cellist Sheng Zhi freely moves between classical and pop music. Their tacit cooperation creates HoNi’s distinctive modern ethnic style. The Good Days band is like a warm, sensitive, and spiritual musical novel, leading listeners to explore life and embark on a journey that transcends culture and time.
HoNi 在客家話裡意為「好日子」。無論晴天或雨天，每一次經驗都是好日子。我們細細記錄生活；客家是我們的記憶，音樂是一段旅程，帶我們回到那些美好的時光。
