Founded in 2017 at Tamkang University’s Guitar Club, Mango Jump is a four-member band consisting of lead vocalist George Kuo, guitarist Allen Tsai, bassist Aaron Lee, and drummer Even Huang. The band is devoted to creating simple, heartfelt, and straightforward music.
Driven by precise guitar riffs, steady basslines, and explosive drumming—paired with the lead vocalist’s high-energy stage presence—they deliver intensely captivating live shows. Meanwhile, their ballads convey unfiltered emotions of regret and loss, authentically capturing life’s inescapable moments.
Mango Jump’s songs draw inspiration from daily life, romance, work, dreams, anime, video games, life’s twists and turns, and even outer space. They seamlessly weave Mandarin and Taiwanese together, while artfully incorporating English, Japanese, and Taiwanese Indigenous languages. Their conversational, relatable lyrics make their music remarkably natural and approachable.
Their live performances are consistently filled with both laughter and tears. Through their music, Mango Jump strives to bring joy, courage, and hope to audiences everywhere.
