YanFeng Li is a Hakka singer-songwriter from Pingtung, Taiwan, creating music in both Hakka and Mandarin. Blending Folk and Country Rock, he turns everyday life, memories, love, home, and human connection into warm and honest songs.

YanFeng first gained recognition through the Hakka Pop Music Competition in 2019 and has continued to develop his own voice through songwriting and live performances. From his 2023 Young People (後生人)tour to his 2024 solo concert The Wind Is Gentle(風是溫柔的) at Witch House, one of Taiwan’s iconic independent music venues, his music has always been rooted in a simple belief: there is always room to say “I love you” and to find something beautiful in ordinary life.

In 2026, YanFeng completed a three-year original graduation-song project, Ready To Shine(發光之前), creating Hakka and Mandarin songs with children in rural Pingtung. Through music, the project brought Hakka language into classrooms and connected different generations across local communities.
Coming from southern Taiwan, YanFeng carries the warmth of his hometown into every song. His music is gentle, sincere, and full of light—a reminder that growing up does not mean losing our softness, and that the stories of where we come from are worth singing.
